  • Should I receive a makeup and/or hair trial?

    Yes, absolutely! It is very important to have a trial before a big event, such as a wedding day. Images for inspiration are important but can be misleading. A desired makeup application or hairstyle on a model might not work for your particular face shape or hair type. Having a trial makes the wedding day and/or special occasion less stressful and much easier on our artist. A client is not always sure what desired look they want and a lot of times the look chosen is not what is best or what the client ends up loving. Trials make a huge difference, we highly recommend considering a trial before a big event!

  • What happens at a trial, what should I expect?

    You will meet The Le Rêve Makeup & Hair Artist that is providing services for your special occasion. They will discuss ideas and options that will be best for the client’s desired makeup and/or hairstyle. The artist will create the perfect vision for the event. We make sure our clients love their desired looks. We highly encourage our clients to bring pictures of inspiration and hair accessories for hair trials.

  • Do you travel on location for services?

    Yes, Le Rêve Makeup & Hair is strictly an on-site makeup & hair company. We want our clients to feel relaxed on their special occasion. We will come to your location and provide wonderful and relaxing services.

  • How far do you travel on location?

    Le Rêve will travel all over the United States. Le Rêve was founded in Chicago, IL and is now based in Columbus, Ohio.

  • Do you have a travel fee?

    Yes, there is a standard $25 travel fee for location within Le Rêve’s 30 mile radius of New Albany, Ohio. An additional travel fee of $2.00 per mile will be added on for locations outside of Le Reve’s 30 miles radius.

  • Is there a parking fee?

    If Le Rêve must pay for parking, either by valet, street or in a garage, the client receiving the services is responsible for paying Le Reve’s artist(s) parking fees.

  • Should I wash my hair before an updo service?

    No, please do not shampoo and condition your hair the same day as your service.

  • Should I wear makeup to my makeup application appointment?

    No, Le Rêve would prefer that you come with a clean, makeup free face for your makeup appointment.

  • How long does each service take?

    Services usually take 30-45 minutes per service.

  • Can you accommodate large parties?

    Yes, absolutely! Le Rêve Makeup & Hair is your premier on-site hair and makeup team. Our founder and owner, Hanna, has trained and selected the best artist to be a part of her beauty team. We have the right amount of artist to accommodate all party sizes.

  • Do I have to sign a contract for my event?

    Yes, a contract is required to be signed before all events. There is also a bridal/client party addendum to be filled out, which is included in the contract. This form will list each client receiving a service and what type of service.

  • How do I reserve my date?

    A signed service agreement contract, bridal/client party addendum and deposit must be received to reserve dates.

  • Is there a deposit due before the day of the event?

    Yes, there is a deposit due at the contract signing.

  • How much is the deposit?

    There is a 50% deposit due at the time of signing the contract. Deposits are non-refundable at point of cancellation once signing the contract. The deposit does go towards services the day of the event.

  • What forms of payments due you accept?

    Le Rêve accepts cash, credit card and Venmo.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    Yes, Cancellations must be made one month prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the contract.

  • Can I make changes to my Bridal Party Addendum once signed and deposit is paid?

    Please contact Le Rêve regarding this situation. Clients are always welcomed to add-on services. Brides are always welcomed to add-on bridal party members to the Bridal Party Addendum Form.
